Construction Estimator Careers

We are looking for an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team! As a Construction Estimator, your main responsibility will be to estimate work for fire restoration, tree damage, and home remodel projects by visiting job sites, interacting with the customer, creating scope and estimate, and managing the ongoing project through completion.

Construction Estimator duties and responsibilities

• Explore documentation in order to gain a deep understanding of the project requirements
• Interactions with customers throughout the job
• Select, measure, and track important metrics
• Visit various sites to complete the scope and create the estimate
• Construction Estimator requirements

Knowledge of project management

• Hands on experience within the construction industry
• Proficient in Xactware
• Excellent time-management skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers on a daily basis

Note: Salary will be dependent on individual experience.
Job Types: Full-Time, Commission
Salary: $36,000-$40,000/year

Local family owned company looking for qualified cleaning professionals. Must be able to pass background check and able to lift 50lbs. Duties to include heavy cleaning of residential and commercial structures as well as contents after disasters. Professional appearance and positive attitude is a must to excel in this position. Hours are Monday thru Friday 8am- 430pm with some overtime depending on the situation. Prior cleaning experience is required.
